Concierge is a product built by PracticaLabs and owned and operated by Testamplify LLC.
By using Concierge, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Service
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.
You may not:
- abuse the system
- attempt unauthorized access
- use the service for illegal purposes
- interfere with platform operation
Website Access and Authorization
When you submit a website to Concierge, you represent that you own the website or are authorized to set up Concierge for it.
Concierge is designed to read public website pages only. You may not use Concierge to scan private, restricted, unauthorized, or unlawful content.
Hosted Pages and Acceptable Use
If you publish Concierge Pages, you are responsible for the content, domains, links, and visitor flows on those Pages.
We may review, block, disable, or remove hosted Pages or custom domains that appear to violate our Acceptable Use Policy, create security risk, or expose Concierge or visitors to legal harm.
Abuse and Takedown Requests
Concierge provides reporting paths for hosted Pages. We may preserve operational records, investigate reports, disable public access, and contact the site owner when a report requires review.
AI-Generated Content
Some responses are generated by artificial intelligence.
AI responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
Users should exercise judgment before relying on AI-generated information.
Human Interaction
Concierge may connect users with human representatives or specialists.
We do not guarantee availability, response times, or successful outcomes.
Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Testamplify LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.

We are not responsible for third-party systems or services.
